When we talk of healthy life it means both mental and physical. Mostly we prefer Gyms and health center to remain physically fit. Least we bother about our mental health. Common assumuption-- We feel physically fit, with controlled weight and regulated diet.But thats not true. Gyms and health centers make u fit externally, but internally nothing changes.
Fitness has to do with both external and internal body.This can only happen through YOGA. I came across few Yogic exercises which can bring fitness in its total sense i.e internal and external. These Yogic exercises work on your Chakras. Regular practice of these exercises bring about balance in your Chakras which in turn keeps you healthy both mentally and physically. It is when Chakras are not balanced that we land up in trouble, which could be any physical ailment or mental disorder.
In my next Post I will give details of those Yogic or Tibetan Exercises which will help you keep FIT & YOUNG
